As with all of Virgil’s Carvings, The Black Walnut Trout 6 Carving is a one of a kind work of Art. Black Walnut is a beautiful Dark brown wood when finished in a clear natural finish. Although the base and the fish in this carving is of the same wood there is a difference in color due to the way a sanded and a carved piece of wood takes the finish.
