These terms and conditions may be periodically modified. You agree to

*SHIPPING INFORMATION
TERMS
Full payment is required at time of order for online store
purchases. A 50% deposit is required for custom telephone and
E-mail orders.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks or Money Orders via PayPal.
SALES TAX
Idaho residents only. 6% Idaho sales tax will be added to
order total at checkout.
SHIPPING
You must supply a complete shipping address and zip code as
well as a contact telephone number in case the shipper needs
to contact you regarding delivery of your Fishcarvers.com
order. Your purchase will be shipped via UPS (or a motor
freight company if overweight). PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE
AT TIME OF DELIVERY. If any damage is discovered after you
sign for delivery, you will need to contact the freight
company immediately, as they are responsible for the damage.
BE AWARE that variations will exist in our pieces as they are
made from natural materials that may include graining,
knotholes, minor cracks etc. Such variations are normal and
are to be expected and add to the natural beauty of the piece.
At Fishcarvers.com we try to use as much recycled packaging as
possible so your packaging may be recycled. Please recycle
again as suitable. Shipping is available via standard ground
(UPS or USPS only). Shipping and handling costs will total 15%
of the order total. Shipping times range from 7 days for
already finsihed pieces to 12 weeks for custom orders.
